Arrange competitive debt financing alongside equity financing for shipowners, which would pass the benefits of competitive pricing to the charterer in the form of lower base charter rates;

Charterers

Structure a creative charter agreement whereby the charterer benefits from potentially accretive elements, such as a floating time-charter with a floor, profit share mechanism as well as call/put options, while meeting the requirements of the shipowners, charterers, financiers and investors involved;

Source equity through extensive relationships with shipowners, financial institutions, leasing companies and family offices (potentially through AIM Horizon Investments’ fund management platform).
